Picture Day

Dear Parents,

A professional photographer will be visiting BAICA to take the official class and individual photos of each grade. The photos will be taken on November 5^th and in case of an absence, there will be a second chance to have individual photos taken on November 7^th. On November 5^th students need to come in their full uniform and NOT in their PE uniform.

The cost of the photos will be $75 which includes:

·  1 folder with 2 photos, 1 class picture and 1 individual, size 15 x 21 cm.

·  2 additional individual photos, size 13 x 18 cm.

If you would like to add an individual or class photo, it will cost $10 pesos for each extra photo.

Please send the exact amount in a sealed envelope, with the student’s name, exact money and class no later than November 11^th to the corresponding Directora: Secondary: Mrs. Guevara, Primary: Mrs. Manago, Pre-school: Mrs. Disano.  If we do not receive the payment by November 11th, we will assume that you do not want a photo and one will not be printed for you.  No orders can be made after this date.

We ask for your cooperation to make sure that your child is present on the dates mentioned and with his uniform in order.

The pictures that have already been taken are for the yearbook.  The pictures taken on November 5^th are professional individual and class pictures for sale.
