We can't say that we are perfect. We have virtues and defects. What we can say, without fear of being mistaken, is that we are continually improving. We know that with respect to its buildings, BAICA has room to improve.
Because of this, we are very enthusiastic about the new BAICA campus project!
In December of 2017, BAICA bought a part of the property of our neighbors. The project is to join the acquired building to the current building and do a remodel that will be beneficial for the new combined building.
As a result of this project, we expect to:
Have a 50% increase in capacity for students, maintaining the close relationships between students and teachers that characterizes the personalized education that we offer.
Quintuple the green and open spaces for recreation.
Have more special rooms, for example: a science laboratory, media room, music room, SUM for each level, etc.
Improve the safety of the students by having even better management of the admission into and the access of the building.
The challenge is big. The land and building were bought with 15 year mortgage and the remodel project is roughly US$ 2 million. The estimated time to complete the work is 2 years. The key factor to be on schedule is to have the necessary funds.
We trust that God goes before us and will guide us in this path, as he has done until now.
