Supplies lists

The following is a guideline for supplies you will need for school this year.  Teachers may require additional materials later on as well.

 PK 3 and PK4

• 1 small red notebook
• 4 glue sticks
• 2 packages of Ziploc bags
• Colored paper (2 package of large, and 2 small)
•  Two boxes of thick colored markers
•  Two boxes of colored pencils
• 4 writing pencils
• 1 pair of scissors with name
• 3 erasers
• 1 pencil sharpener
• 1 toothbrush and toothpaste
• 1 small portfolio to take work home
• Paint (color to be confirmed)
•  Brushes
•  Watercolor paints, good quality
• Small baskets and containers
• 1 mt. clear Contact paper
• 4 boxes of paper tissues
• 1 ABC notebook (lined paper)

 K*

•  1 small red notebook
• 4 glue sticks (white, not liquid)
• 2 packages of Ziploc bags
• Colored paper (one package of large, one small)
• 1 package of small shiny paper
• 1 box of thick colored markers
• 1 box of colored pencils
• 4 writing pencils
• 1 pair of scissors with name
• 3 erasers
• 1 pencil sharpener
• 1 toothbrush and toothpaste
• 1 small portfolio to take work home
• 1 large portfolio for Art class
• 1 old t-shirt for Art class
• 1 ABC notebook (lined paper)
• Paint (color to be confirmed)

 Note:  *a pencil case is not necessary because we share most of our supplies

 Elementary: Grades 1^st to 6^th

• 2 rolls of paper towels
• 2 boxes of paper tissues
• 1 set of crayons (not for 2^nd, neither for 5^th)
• 1 set of colored pencils
• 1 set of markers
• 1 water bottle
• 1 backpack
• 2 glue sticks (3 for 2^nd Grade)
• 1 bottle of white glue (not for ^2nd, neither for ^5th)
• 1 pair of scissors
• 2 tablets of colored art paper – 1 large, 1 small (just 1 for ^2nd Grade)
• 2 tablets of white art paper – 1 large, 1 small
• pencils – as needed throughout the year
• 1 pencil eraser
• 1 pencil sharpener
• Calculator

 The following are grade specific items:

1^st Grade:  1 ruler, 1 medium tip permanent black marker, 1 box of quart-sized Ziplock bags, 3 folders with packets inside, 1 spiral A4 lined notebook, 10 pencils (these will be pencils to share)

2^nd Grade: 1 accordion folder (with at least 4 divisions) to file school work, which will be sent home at the end of each quarter, 1 A4 ABC lined and spiraled workbooks   1 index copybook 1 English/Spanish dictionary 1 English/Spanish Bible (preferably NIV), hand sanitizer, 1 cushion (to use on the floor)

3^rd Grade:  1 package of loose leaf notebook paper (lined), 1 English Bible (NIV version, if possible),1 spiral A4 size notebook with grid paper, 2 spiral lined notebooks, hand sanitizer

4^th Grade: 4 dry erase markers, a piece of cloth/rag or an eraser (for cleaning the whiteboards), 3 ballpoint pens (blue, black and red), liquid paper, ruler with centimeters and inches, protractor, 2 3-ring binders, 8 dividers, lined loose leaf paper for binder, one folder to store papers that are in progress, A4 size spiral notebook grid paper, BAICA agenda, English Bible (NIV Version), Spanish Dictionary (Suggested: Diccionario Escolar Estrada)

5^th Grade: 2 ballpoint pens – black and red, 2 3-ring binders, loose leaf paper to fit in binders, name tags for notebooks, 7 dividers, 1 ruler, 1 box/bag  to hold pencils, 1 old shirt , 1 English Bible (NIV version, if possible),1 USB pen drive

6^th Grade: loose leaf notebook paper (lined and grid) as needed throughout the year, 1 binder (2-ring or 3-ring) to fit the loose leaf paper, 1 set of dividers for binder, 1 English Dictionary, 1 ruler (centimeters and inches if possible), 3 ballpoint pens – blue, black and red, a protractor, 1 Bible (bilingual or English)

7^th to 12^th Grades:

• 1 English Bible (NIV version, if possible)
• Pencils and erasers
• Pens-blue and/or black
• Grid spiral notebook (for Math)
• Loose leaf paper for taking notes, etc.
• 1 binder (2-ring or 3-ring) for holding loose papers, and dividers
• Calculator

Note: All students are asked to bring 1 ream of typing paper. But for standardization and economic scale purpose they are included once in the invoice at the beginning of the semester, therefore the School can buy them.

For those students having art classes (all Preschool to 6th Grade and elective 7thto 12th Grade) there is an art fee charged once at the beginning of the semester as well.

• Pre Kinder to 3rd Grade: $50 (pesos)
• 4th to 12th Grade: $75 (pesos)
